Teacher Indicted On Sex Charge

A San Angelo Independent School District teacher has been indicted after being accused of having a sexual relationship with a female student.
The Odessa American reports Robert Harold Goetz, 45. was indicted on a charge of an improper relationship between a student and educator. According to the indictment, Goetz had sexual intercourse with the student on July 4.
He was arrested Tuesday and is currently out on bond.
Goetz is also a former Ector County junvenile probation officer.
If convicted, he could face up to 20 years and prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
