Settles Grill Set to Open Soon at Restored Hotel Settles

BIG SPRING -- Hotel Settles re-opens its doors 30 years after being in the dark!  Located 30 minutes east of Midland on I-20, the restored historic Hotel Settles in Big Spring will soon reclaim its place as the social center of West Texas.

Originally opened in 1930, Hotel Settles will reopen to embody the grand and opulent style of Texas. The restoration team is using the original blueprints to maintain integrity and keep the 1930s craftsmanship and architectural details intact.

It can host events ranging from intimate gatherings to larger parties for more than 300 guests. Hotel Settles catering services specializes in receptions, formal dinners, business meetings and cocktail parties.


Hotel Settles is also home to the Pharmacy Bar and Parlor and also the Settles Grill which opens on January 14, 2013.
