Light Tower Rentals Acquires North Dakota Oilfield Companies

ODESSA -- A privately held Permian Basin oilfield services company is expanding to the north.
Currently, Light Tower Rentals provides onsite equipment -- such as generators, light towers and frac tanks.
Now, L.T.R. is growing its services to include water management and transfer.
L.T.R. has acquired North Dakota-based companies: Wellsite Leasing and On Site Water.
L.T.R. officials say that the move strengthens the company's position in the Bakken Shale market -- which is located in North Dakota.
