Rain showers will develop this afternoon with heavy, more widespread rain developing overnight and continuing into Wednesday.  Temperatures will be chill today and tomorrow in the 40s.  There is a Winter Storm Watch in effect from 12am Wednesday until 12am Thursday for the Gaudalupe Mountains, Van Horn/Highway 54 Corridor, the Davis Mountains and adjacent plains, the Marfa Plateau and Presidio Valley.  Rain will mix with snow overnight and then change to snow during the day tomorrow.  Highest elevations could see up to 3-5" of snow accumulation making travel difficult.

Widespread rainfall amounts over 1" expected with flooding to be a concern.

We will see clearing skies Thursday and warming temperatures in the 60s through Friday.  A cold front will the knock temperatures back into the upper 40s and lower 50s for the weekend.  Winds will also be breezy behind the front.
