Threatening Phone Call Leads To Shelter-In-Place At Monahans High School

MONAHANS -- A threatening phone call leads to a shelter-in-place at Monahans High School.

    Monahans I.S.D. officials tell Big 2 that the central office of Monahans High School got a threatening call at 10:15 AM Tuesday.

    The call reportedly came from a woman who allegedly threatened to drive by the school with a gun.

    Monahans High School went into a shelter-in-place moments after the call came in.

    The shelter-in-place lasted until 12 PM Tuesday.

    No one was injured in the incident.

    Authorities continued to investigate the incident on Tuesday evening.
