Agency That Cleared Max Shatto Adoption Cleared From Wrongdoing

FORT WORTH -- An investigation into the agency that arranged Max Shatto's adoption has found no wrongdoing.

    The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services recently held an unannounced inspection at the Gladney Center's Fort Worth facility.

    T.D.F.P.S. officials and also checked for violations of Texas standards during the Shatto adoption, but they found no evidence of wrongdoing.

    A separate Child Protective Services investigation into the facility is still ongoing.
