Tomorrow will be another abnormally cool day with cloudy skies. Chances for showers Monday afternoon have diminished to about 10%. Because skies are expected to clear Monday night and temeperatures will drop to near freezing, the NWS issued a freeze watch for parts of the Basin. Then as we head into the rest of work week, skies clear and temperatures return to normal.
