Temperatures through Thursday will be near average in the lower 90s and upper 80s thanks to an increase in cloud cover.  The best chances for rain and storms in Midland and Odessa will be this afternoon.  A line from Andrews to Marfa and points east will have the greatest probability to see storm action.  Heavy rain, small hail and brief gusty winds will be the main concerns.  Tomorrow and Thursday rain afternoon rain chances will drop to 20%. Friday and Saturday we will see more sun which will allow us to warm into the 90s.
