Mostly cloudy skies and chances for rain and storms throughout the day today. Heavy rain will be possible so flooding will be the primary concern.  Wednesday we will dry out to partly sunny skies with the rain and storms being confined to west of the Pecos River, in the mountains and in the Trans Pecos.  Thursday we will see mostly sunny skies with temperatures rebounding into the lower 90s where they will stay through Saturday.
