After breaking the daily rainfall record at Midland International Airport yesterday we still have the chance for a storm this afternoon.  Better areas to see the rainfall will be in the Davis Mountains, Marfa Plateau and Trans Pecos however there still is a 30% chance for Midland and Odessa.  Wednesday rain chances will move west of the Pecos River.  Temperatures will remain at the mid 90 mark through the week before rising into the upper 90s for the weekend.  After today our rain chances in the central Basin will decrease significantly.
