Better chances in the northern Permian Basin for storm activity but the threat remains elsewhere to see an isolated storm during the afternoon.  Gusty winds, heavy downpours and frequent lightning will all be possible.  Tomorrow chances increase between 20% and 30%.  Thursday we will dry and and see lots of sunshine that will continue through the weekend.  Temperatures will remain above average.
