A federal magistrate judge in Midland issued a $25,000 bond for John Allen Quisenberry on October 23rd, despite objections from federal prosecutors.
Quisenberry, 32, posted bond on October 23rd -- 5 days after his arrest.
Quisenberry is charged with distribution of child pornography.
Federal prosecutors decided to file charges after an undercover agent reportedly downloaded 9 images from Quisenberry's computer on September 21, 2011.
The downloaded images reportedly featured teenage girls in sexually explicit poses.
In fact, some of the images reportedly showed girls as young as 12 years old being bound while wearing only corsets and stockings.
Quisenberry worked as a special education aide at E.C.I.S.D. during the 2010-2011 school year. He also reportedly taught in Pecos-Toyah-Barstow I.S.D. schools.
Quisenberry's father is longtime West Texas high school football coach Randy Quisenberry.
If convicted, John Quisenberry faces five to 20 years in prison.
