Stocks Dive in Trading After Election Day

NEW YORK -- Stocks fells sharply at the open this morning as investors focus on how a re-elected President Obama plans to avoid the fiscal cliff.

The Dow dropped more than 300 points before mid-day trading.

The Nasdaq and S-and-P 500 also opened lower.

Wall Street had been pro-Mitt Romney, considering him a more business-friendly candidate.
