Mild and Breezy Thursday with a Windy Friday Expected, 12-13-12

By: Alison Ciaramitaro
Updated: December 13, 2012
Lots of sun is expected today with increasing clouds overnight as a strong upper level system approaches from the west.  This will bring gusty winds across West Texas for Friday.  A High Wind Watch is in effect for the Guadalupe and Davis Mountains for gusts up to 75mph.  The eastern Basin will see winds between 20 and 30 mph.  There is a chance for an isolated shower to develop but activity will be isolated and any rain will be extremely light.

We will see clearing skies for the weekend with temperatures into the 60s.
