Updated: December 13, 2012
MIDLAND  - The Drillers are excited to announce that the 2013 West Texas Drillers season will kick-off at Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas on January 25, 2013 versus the Wichita Fall Nighthawks at 8:30 pm.   This game will be part of a double-header with the first game taking place at 6:00 pm between the North Texas Stampede and the Lubbock Outlaws.

Tickets for the game are only $20 and can only be purchased at Dallas Cowboys Stadium the day of the event.  Fans can watch both games and enjoy a self guided tour of the stadium.  This tour will include access to the Cowboys locker room, the Cheerleaders locker room, the Post Game Interview room, and the Player Tunnel.   The tour alone is usually $17.50.

During the Drillers vs. Nighthawks game performances will take place by the Lady Drillers dance team and the Wichita Falls Nighthawks Cheerleaders.

Drillers General Manager Harold Fuller stated that "This is a great opportunity for our players, dancers and fans to enjoy taking part in a game at a stadium that a lot of people have only seen on television.  We are really looking forward to the event and encourage everyone to attend."

The remainder of the Drillers 2013 schedule, with all home games at Grande Communications Stadium in Midland, is still being developed and information on that should be available soon.

However, the team has already begun working on our annual events like Breast Cancer Awareness Night, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital Night, and Military Appreciation Night.
