Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is set to testify before Congress about the deadly attack on the U-S Consulate in Benghazi, Libya that killed four Americans.

On January 23rd she'll go before the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

The committee's chairman says he wants to focus on why the attack was not better anticipated and what needs to be changed at the State Department to protect diplomats serving abroad.

Secretary Clinton was supposed to testify in December, but an illness got in the way.

An independent review of the attack found "systematic failures and leadership management deficiencies" at the State Department.

Four State Department officials were disciplined because of the report.
