Morning lows Tuesday will be in the lower teens with wind chills near zero degrees.  Highs will stay in the middle 30s Tuesday with mostly sunny skies.  Morning lows Wednesday will be in the upper teens with high temperatures still in the 30s.  A few more clouds can be expected on Wednesday.  Warmer readings will move back in with highs on Thursday in the lower 50s and lower 60s Friday and Saturday.
