Another very cold morning across the basin Wednesday with lows in the upper teens.  High temperatures will get into the upper 30s then drop back down into the 20s under a mostly cloudy sky.  A warmer but still cool forecast can be expected Thursday as highs will be near 50 degrees.  Friday and Saturday we will finally see highs climb above average with temperatures in the upper 50s with lower 60s on Sunday.  Skies will be mostly sunny this weekend.
