An upper level disturbance currently spinning over central Texas will slowly move west. This will allow for scattered showers and storms to develop this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon. Best areas to see rainfall today will be in the Davis Mountains and Marfa Plateau. Heavy downpours will be the main concerns. Wednesday rain chances shift to our west. The end of the week an upper level ridge will begin to build in allowing us to warm for the weekend.
