Storms will mainly develop in the mountains and to our north this afternoon and evening.  Gusty winds and heavy downpours will be the main concerns.  Mostly sunny skies elsewhere with temperatures in the upper 90s.  Tomorrow and Thursday will be the best days for Midland and Odessa to see rainfall as moisture will be on the increase and the air mass will become unstable.  Friday we will dry out with Saturday warming back into the upper 90s.
