Day two of temperatures near the 105 degree mark has sparked a Heat Advisory. It is encouraged to limit any outdoor activity this afternoon. The triple digits will continue the first half of the weekend. Sunday and into next week the upper ridge will begin to shift west allowing us to cool into the upper 90s. Any rain chances will be isolated and confined in the Guadalupe and Davis Mountains as well as the Marfa plateau.
