UPDATED: Missing Mentally Challenged Man Found

UPDATE: Jerry Bayless was located by officers sitting in a chair in the alleyway of the 2600 block of Valleybrook. He will be returned to his caregivers.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Odessa Police Department is seeking the public assistance to help located a mentally challenged adult male who walked away from an assisted living facility located at 1513 Verde.
Jerry Bayless, 55 years of age, became angry with his caregiver and left the residence on foot between the hours of 5:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m. OPD was notified at approximately 11:57 a.m. this date that he has not returned.
Bayless is a white male, 5'7' tall, 160 lbs, gray hair and blue eyes. He is possibly wearing a black zipper sweater, blue jeans and flip flops. Bayless has limited communication skills. Anyone with information about his whereabouts are asked to notify the Odessa Police Department immediately.
