MIDLAND -- Festival De Duendes, Animas y Calaveras or Festival of
Goblins, Souls and Skulls! The Hispanic Cultural Center of Midland and
Midland College Cogdell Learning Center invite you to a family night of
fun and games. Experience two cultures: Halloween and Dia de los
Muertos (Day of the Dead).
