MIDLAND -- A Festival of Goblins, Souls and Skulls in Midland strove to combine 2 cultures Wednesday evening.

    The Festival of Goblins, Souls and Skulls celebrated Halloween -- along with Dia De Los Muertos (Day Of The Dead).

    The free event -- which featured booths, games and more -- took place at the Midland College Cogdell Learning Center on Wednesday evening. It was organized by the Hispanic Cultural Center or Midland.
