Odessa Fire And Rescue Promotes Paramedic To Captain

ODESSA -- Odessa Fire and Rescue has named a new captain.

    Tony Reyes was promoted to Captain during a badge-pinning ceremony on Friday afternoon.

    Reyes has spent 15 years working for O.F.R.

    Most recently, Reyes has been working as a Paramedic Firefighter.
