A cold front rolled through in the overnight hours, shifting our winds to the north.

We will see temperatures today near 20 degrees cooler than yesterday.

Temps across the Permian Basin will be in the upper 50's, lower 60's throughout the day.

For the morning and early afternoon, winds may be a little blustery.

The Guadalupe Pass has already seen wind gusts over 50 mph.

That area is under a High Wind Warning until noon today.

The rest of the area could see winds out of the NE around 20-25 mph.

Some gusts may reach 35 mph.

After that, the winds die down and we will see a warming trend through the weekend.

Temperatures should hit the mid 60's Saturday and the mid-70's by Sunday.

Mid 70's continue Monday, before another cold front rolls through before Tuesday.

That cold front could shoot us back down into the lower 60's before high pressure settles in and we start warming up again.
