80th Annual Sandhills Stock Show And Rodeo Coming To Odessa

ODESSA -- The Sandhills Stock Show and Rodeo will be back in West Texas later this week.

    The first performance of the 80th Annual Sandhills Stock Show and Rodeo will take place on January 4th at the Ector County Coliseum in Odessa.

    The arena floor has already been covered with dirt, and final preparations have been made for the big event.

    The Sandhills Stock Show and Rodeo is one of the first rodeos of the 2013 season.

    Cowboys and cowgirls from all over the country will be in the Permian Basin, looking to get off to a good start on the rodeo circuit.

    The rodeo runs through Saturday, January 12th.
