Republican Senator Lindsey Graham is calling for a delay in the confirmation process of John Brennan, the president's pick to lead the CIA, until he gets answers on the deadly September 11th consulate attack in Benghazi, Libya.

United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice initially said the violence was spontaneous and spurred by outrage over an anti-Islam film.

The intelligence community, however, later called it a terrorist attack.

The first draft of her talking points reportedly included references to al Qaeda... which was later changed to 'extremists.'

Senator Graham wants to know who changed them.

White House officials Tuesday advised against any confirmation delay.

The Benghazi attack killed four Americans, including the US Ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens.
