A Pennsylvania judge Wednesda) denied Jerry Sandusky's bid for a new trial.

But his lawyers are vowing to take the issue to higher courts.

The judge denied all of the post-trial petitions filed by Sandusky's lawyers.

They had argued they were not given enough time to prepare for the original trial.

According to affiliate W-H-T-M, the judge said more time wouldn't have changed the outcome.

The former Penn State assistant football coach was convicted of sexually abusing ten boys over a 15-year period.

Sandusky is serving a sentence of 30 to 60 years in prison.

His lawyers are expected to appeal to another court within 30 days.
