OFR Capt. Retires after 29 Years of Service

ODESSA -- The Odessa Fire and Rescue Department said goodbye to one of its veterans this weekend.

Captain Dale Land retired after 29 years of service to the Odessa Fire and Rescue Department.

The Department held a retirement party for Land on Saturday at the Central Fire Station.

The community was invited out to the event to thank Land for his almost three decades worth of service.
