Texas Parks and Wildlife Helicopter Crashes in Culberson County

CULBERSON COUNTY -- A Texas Parks & Wildlife helicopter made a crash landing around 4:00pm Thursday afternoon.

DPS Troopers say the chopper crashed near Guadalupe Peak. It took rescuers about an hour to locate the crash site.

None of the three people on board were seriously injured.  They were all taken to a hospital in Carlsbad, NM with non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
