Michael Jackson's mother scored another victory against the doctor convicted in connection with her son's death.

Conrad Murray is being forced to meet with Katherine Jackson's lawyers' for a video-taped deposition next month.

He'll be asked questions related to a wrongful death lawsuit filed against concert promoter AEG live.

The suit claims the promoters caused the King of Pop's death by putting too much pressure on him to prepare for his comeback tour.

Murray is serving out a four year sentence for involuntary manslaughter.

He has never been questioned under oath about Jackson's death and did not testify at his trial.
