MIDLAND -- Saltgrass Steakhouse is coming to the Tall City.
The chain is working on setting up a location at the old Cheddar's building along Loop 250 in Midland.
The Midland Cheddar's closed years ago and has been sitting vacant ever since.
Saltgrass Steakhouse has locations all over Texas.
However, the closest restaurant to the Permian Basin is in Amarillo.
The chain also has locations in Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada and Oklahoma.
