High temperatures will be near 70 degrees under sunny skies and some very gusty north winds.  Much cooler temperatures can be expected Thursday with highs in the lower 60s and overnight lows near freezing 32 degrees.  A slight warm up can be expected Friday with highs in the upper 60s but by The weekend Saturday and Sunday highs will be in the lower 70s.
