Morning lows Saturday will be in the lower 20s with wind chills in the teens.  Daytime highs will get to near 60 degrees under mostly sunny skies.  Even warmer weather can be expected Sunday with highs in the lower 70s.  Gusty winds will return Monday with near record highs in the upper 70s.
