High temperatures will be in the upper 70s Tuesday but very windy conditions will be the main concern.  High fire danger is expected Tuesday as an upper level storm system moves into the basin.  Winds could gust to near 50 mph across the central basin, near 70 mph in the mountains and even higher gust in the Guadalupe Pass area.  Cooler temperatures will move in on Wednesday with highs in the upper 60s under sunny skies.  Warmer temperatures in the middle 70s are in the forecast for Thursday with upper 70s on Friday.  Winds will be just breezy on Friday so fire danger will be low.
