PRESIDIO COUNTY -- The Texas Forest Service continued to battle a wildfire in Presidio County Thursday.

The so-called Dipper Ranch Fire broke out Wednesday 25 miles south of Marfa, along U.S. 67. So far it's torched 2,500 acres.

The Texas Forest Service has sent an air attack, a single engine air attack, and several bulldozers and engines. The air attack is working the northwest corner of the blaze, while crews are trying a burnout on the southwest corner.

No structures have been threatened so far by the fire. No evacuations have been ordered.
