MIDLAND -- An Andrews man is behind bars in Midland, after police say he was huffing aerosol while driving.

David Cagle, 23, was arrested on Wednesday. An arrest affidavit says police found him asleep in his car with two aerosol cans. Later, police say Cagle took off -- swerving all over the place -- before police pulled him over again on Wadley.

The affidavit said that Cagle admitted he was huffing the aerosol. A witness added that he saw Cagle huffing while driving.

Now, Cagle is charged with driving while intoxicated, evading arrest and inhaling chemicals. He's being held on $7,000 bond.
