UPDATE: Suspect Arrested In Midland Bar Stabbing

MIDLAND -- Midland Police have arrested a suspect in a weekend bar stabbing.

    Tina Diane Wiggins, 47, was arrested on Monday. According to an arrest affidavit, Wiggins and some other women got into an argument with Aimee Allen, 34, at Your Place bar on West Wall around 9 PM Sunday. Then, the women attacked Allen.

    Wiggins allegedly stabbed Allen in the stomach with a pocket knife several times.

    Allen was rushed to the emergency room at Midland Memoiral Hospital for surgery. Police interviewed her there, and they were able to identify Wiggins as the suspect.

    Wiggins is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She's being held on $25,000 bond.
