ECTOR COUNTY -- Some construction kicked off Wednesday along Interstate 20.

The work is being done in Ector County between F.M. 1936 and the Midland County line. Some lanes will be shut down -- along with on and off ramps -- while the road gets an overlay.

The TXDOT crew recently finished work in Midland and Martin counties. That project was finished ahead of schedule.
