Midland Man Arrested For Touching Teenage Girl Inappropriately

MIDLAND -- A Midland man is behind bars, after he was accused of touching a teenage girl inappropriately.
Mark Dustin Brock was arrested yesterday. According to an arrest affidavit, Brock, 27, snuck into a 14-year-old girl's bedroom through the window early Monday morning and touched her in several places inappropriately.
The girl's parents noticed her room was locked, and they allegedly opened the door to find Brock lying on the victim's bed. The girl's father pointed a shotgun at Brock, and Brock said that he thought the girl was 18.
Now, Brock is charged with indecency with a child. He's being held on $25,000 dollars bond.
