Suspected Rapist Arrested

An Odessa man is behind bars after police say he broke into his girlfriends home and raped her.
Michael Fino Navarette allegedly kicked in his girlfriend's door Tuesday morning. Then they say he raped her, before taking her to a convenience store hours later. That's where someone saw him hit the girl, and that witness called police.
Navarette was arrested and the girlfriend was then taken to the hospital to be examined.
Navarette is now charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony.
