ECTOR COUNTY -- Around 10:00pm Friday night Ector County Sheriff's Deputies got a call of "shots fired" on the 900 block of West Yukon.

When they got to the scene, they found 45-year-old Allen Dale Spivey dead from gunshot wounds.  Spivey was a family member of that residence.

Sgt. Gary Duesler issued a statement saying that deputies spoke with several people of interest at the scene, but at this time there have been no arrests. No charges have been filed either.

An autopsy on Spivey has been ordered, and preliminary results should be released on Monday. Deputies will continue the investigation.
