Cooler temperatures will move in behind a cold front that brought windy conditions back to the basin Sunday.  Winds will still be gusty on Monday with cooler daytime highs in the upper 60s.  Warm and breezy weather on Tuesday with highs near 80 degrees and skies mostly sunny.  Warmer temperatures with partly sunny to mostly sunny skies Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with highs in the middle 80s to lower 90s.
