The new water restrictions are leaving a lot of people wondering what they can plant in their gardens. For many, that means turning to xeriscaping.

However, that doesn't mean that you have to fill your garden with rocks and cacti.

Jim Blischke, a Permian Basin Master Gardener, came on Good Morning West Texas to talk about an upcoming plant sale that will focus on drought resistant plants, including roses.

If you're interested, that show is on Saturday, April 16th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Midland County Horseshoe.
