MIDLAND -- People do a lot of things while behind the wheel, and many times they're focusing on something other than driving. This can be a deadly problem.

On Wednesday, some students in Midland learned about the dangers of distracted driving as part of Driver Safety Week. A state trooper was at Early College High School to tell students how dangerous driving can be if you're not focusing on the road.

Representatives focused on drunk driving and texting and driving earlier this week. On Thursday, the focus will be on speeding.
