ODESSA -- A former mascot for the Roughnecks has been indicted and arrested.

Ernesto Salcido was indicted on improper photography charges earlier this month. He was arrested Tuesday, and was later released on $30,000 bond.

Salcido was arrested last year after police say he illegally videotaped co-workers at the Odessa Roughnecks office. He was also accused of sending inappropriate texts to a teenager.

Salcido was fired from the Roughnecks after the charges came to light.
