Odessa Couple Indicted For Child's Death

ODESSA -- An Odessa couple has been charged with capital murder for the death of a 5 year old boy.
Kimberly Moore and Ralph Martinez were both indicted for capital murder and six counts apiece of injury to a child in Ector County on Monday. The indictments come after Moore and Martinez reportedly killed Moore's 5-year-old son Zachary Dominguez back in late February, following abuse. Moore and Martinez also allegedly abused Moore's two year old son.
Martinez' probation was also revoked for 5 years.
