ODESSA -- An Andrews man has been arrested, after police accused him of ripping off a subdivision.

On April 15th, Odessa Police received multiple reports of burglaries in a new housing subdivision on the east side of Odessa. Investigators with the Crimes Against Property section developed information that led to the identification of a suspect.

On Wednesday, the investigators worked with the Andrews Police Department to execute a search warrant at the suspect's home in Andrews. That search found roughly $15,000 worth of stolen property.

That suspect -- Miseal Natera -- was then arrested for burglary of a building. He's currently being held in the Andrews County Jail.
