ODESSA -- An man who's accused of getting a teenager pregnant is set to stand trial this week in Odessa.

Jose Luis Trevizo, 46, is accused of sexually assaulting two teens. According to arrest affidavits, Trevizo started touching the girls inappropriately in 2000, when they were only about 8 years old. A few years later, he allegedly started having sex with at least one of the girls, who became pregnant at age 14 and had a baby about 4 years ago.

Trevizo was arrested last April. Now, he's facing 8 counts of indecency with a child and 4 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The Ector County District Attorney's office says the trial should start Wednesday or Thursday.
